Your Weekly Testing News - Issue 431

Request Header Fields Too Large. Lots of testing events, helpful business posts and ways to get involved. Be inspired by your fellow testers in this week's newsletter.

Last week I mentioned a This Week in Testing discussion about demonstrating value. And the power of community revealed itself again as on Day 29 of 30 Days of Career Growth I was reminded of an excellent talk by David Williams. I wrote an article inspired by his words: What’s Value Got To Do With It? Three Important Steps To Demonstrate Your Value.

June might be over yet you can still revisit 30 Days of Career Growth anytime. Pick up a day, get involved and share. Congratulations to everyone who participated: Mahathee Dandibhotla, Zenzi Ali, Stuart Machek, Jiri Novacek, Georgios Georgiou, Kate Paulk, Simon Rigler, Yessica Casanova and many more! (sorry if I didn't mention your name here). 🏆

I couldn't get enough of reading this from Stuart: "I also feel less intimidated with my membership within this community, and feel this is far less of a ‘solo’ endeavor than previous." Source: The Club. This is exactly why Ministry of Testing exists. No one should be alone in their career and craft.

📝 🎥 Can you help us expand our curated list of software testing blogs and YouTube channels? Both are jam-packed with incredible community members sharing super helpful content. Yet I have a hunch there's more out there that Ministry of Testing is just not aware of. Send me an email with your recommendations. It'll be great to hear from you. 😀
