There are 42 ways to contribute to the Ministry of Testing community.

Wow, that's an explicit number. How come? Well, it's the number of items you can check off the What Do You Currently Contribute to the Ministry of Testing Community? checklist 😀. Have a look at some of the ways you can contribute and become an active community member. Some actions may seem trivial, but they all add up to be important. You might even be an active member without realising it! Visit our new look contribute page to learn more and consider sharing it with someone who is unsure where to start.

🌷 I'm super excited that Diana Dromey (EventBoss) announced the lineup for TestBash Spring 2023. It's great to see a diverse set of topics and speakers. And congrats to the speakers who are new to speaking at conferences. Ministry of Testing has a history of helping people find their voice – and we very much welcome how they'll inspire the testing community and beyond. It's one of the ways the community moves the software testing craft forward.

Sarah Deery (LearningBoss) made a start on developing Ministry of Testing’s open-source Junior Software Tester curriculum. She had this to say: "“How do I get started in software testing?” is a question you’ve probably heard before and one we regularly hear at MoT. But the answers are often wildly different, and the learning paths trodden are frequently arduous." We plan to change that with your help. Find out how you can shape the curriculum

Last week I was pleased to push a major update to The Club. Get involved with a new set of discussion categories. Plus, join one of the new live chat channels. Yup, asynchronous live chat is now available on The Club! 🎉 What discussion and conversation might you start today?

Have a good week.

— Simon, CommunityBoss
