Roll Up! Roll Up! TestBash and Test.bash(); Manchester are back in town!

TestBash and Test.bash();, our software testing conferences, are back at The Lowry Theatre Manchester on the 1st and 2nd of October, for their 5th (TestBash) and 3rd (Test.bash();) years, and it will be bigger and better than ever! We had to put the lions jumping through rings of fire on hold due to Health and Safety reasons, but we’ll still have jaw-dropping conference talks, workshops and training and extraordinary feats of tech-defying talks!

Our Box Office is open with the all-new Blind Bird tickets, and for all of you wishing to join as one of our headline acts… the auditions are open! We are also looking for supporting acts.
So check out the plans below because it’s going to be one hell of a show!

Auditions are open!

We are looking for our headline acts across all 3 days, so, if you want to perform at TestBash Manchester submit via our continuous call for papers (CCFP). We are looking for 30-minute talks for both conference days and half-day interactive workshops. As with all Ministry of Testing events, your travel and accommodation are covered, see the CCFP link for more details. Plus with it being TestBash if you’re looking stage-left or stage-right you’ll see a bunch of friendly faces cheering you on.

Deadline to audition is the 22nd of February.

Blind Bird tickets

The Box Office is now opened with a very limited number of super discounted Blind Bird tickets. With the Blind Bird tickets, you’ll get priority on your workshops selection before general release and a great discount! As you know, you’re in for a great show, so reserve your seat today. Final curtain call for these showstoppers is 1st April, or until they are all gone, so register now.

Launch List

The full conference, workshops and training lineup will be revealed soon. If you don’t take a chance on a Blind Bird ticket, or you miss out, make sure you subscribe to the launch list for either TestBash or Test.bash(); to be the first to hear all about them!

Intervals

We’ll have plenty of refreshments on hand, but this year we are also debuting our Community Space on both conference days. The community space will provide the opportunity to meet the cast and mingle with fellow attendees. You’ll be able to meet the speakers during dedicated AMA slots and ask them questions about their talks, challenge yourself with testing activities and even become the star of a future podcast. Plus much more, stay tuned to The Club for the full Community Space schedule.

Supporting Act

Want to be part of our extraordinary supporting act? We’ve created an exciting new backdrop for our sponsors. Our brochure will be ready soon but if you want to hear more before then, email us on manchester@ministryoftesting.com to learn more.
