Here We Go! TestBash Netherlands 2018

Here we go again! We are very excited to announce that TestBash is coming back to the Netherlands next year!

Last year was the first time in The Netherlands and we had two awesome days with great workshops, excellent speakers and fun social events in a great atmosphere. Let’s do it again! Let’s get back together!

The event will be very much like last year: a day with workshops and a single track conference day with lean coffee/tea and the famous 99-second talks. In the evenings the pre and post-TestBash meetups make TestBash Netherlands a truly full day experience!

TestBash Netherlands 2018 is again going to be held at that friendly and cosy 19th-century historic venue, Boothstraat 7 in Utrecht on Thursday and Friday 12th and 13th April 2018.

Come and participate in TestBash Netherlands 2018

A conference on Friday 13th? Will it be a nightmare on Boothstreet? We hope not and we ask you to help us…We need speakers and workshop facilitators. So if you’re interested in presenting at TestBash Netherlands get submitting now. We’re looking for talks of no more than 30-45 minutes, plus full day training courses for the Thursday. You can go ahead and submit your abstracts right away using our continuous call for papers form. The deadline for being considered for TestBash Netherlands 2018 is midnight on Sunday, September 17th. If you’ve already submitted an abstract and selected Netherlands as a location that you’re interested in, your abstract is already in the mix!

We Say No To Pay To Speak

From the start, we have believed that no one should feel unable to speak at a conference. We have always covered all speakers expenses at all TestBashes, no questions asked. We do go further than that though. We can help and guide accepted speakers through the nerve-racking process of presenting. And if there are any other challenges you may have, just mention it and we will see what we can do to help you.

For clarity, we:

  • pay all reasonable travel costs for all speakers, even if you travel from a galaxy far, far away
  • you get free entry to both training and conference day
  • full day training classes on Thursday will be a 50/50 profit share between MoT and the instructor(s).

Submit your abstracts here by Sunday, September 17th.

We’d appreciate if you could share this, so we have as many abstracts to build a scarily good program.
