Many thanks to those who took the time to meticulously review and share feedback on every abstract put forward. It's difficult to say “not right now” to a number of people who weren't successful this time around. We genuinely appreciate that feeling of rejection. Please do take us up on our offer to provide you with direct feedback. We want to help you be successful next time around.
It's time to announce and welcome the first wave of speakers for TestBash Autumn 2023. Visit the dedicated event page for all the details.
Over two days there will be talks from Al Goodall, Irja Straus, James Prescott, Alyssa Burlton, Janique Morris, Yusuf Tayman, Renka Pooja, Vaibhav Vaja, Naik Atmaram, Nigel Brookes-Thomas, Alex O’Mahoney, and Melissa Tondi. After each talk, get involved in a live Q&A with each speaker. The perfect time to ask questions to each expert.
Plus we have panel discussions with Ben Dowen, Caleb Crandall, Parveen Khan, Mahathee Dandibhotla, Diego Molina and Lauren Borodajko. Along with Ask Me Anything sessions with Butch Mayhew and Jigesh Shah.
Throughout the schedule, we've sprinkled in plenty of 99-second intros about important testing topics. It's a great way to quickly get up to speed on testing topics of interest. You'll also experience a number of tool spotlights to help you dig deeper into the tools that might not be on your radar. The speakers for these sessions will be announced during the second wave of speakers in early October.
We have seven wonderful hosts leading your TestBash Autumn 2023 experience: Callum Akehurst-Ryan, Vernon Richards, Jenna Charlton, Tristan Lombard, Gwen Diagram and Laveena Ramchandani. We're very pleased to welcome first-time MoT host, Veerle Verhagen. A brilliant human who has plenty of experience hosting 9 Out of 10 Testers.
Oh, and it wouldn't be a TestBash without the famous 99-Second Talks. An opportunity to join the stage and share with the testing world on both days of the conference.
