Zero Bug Policy: The Myths And The Reality

In this workshop, Lewis Prescott will present what zero bug policy actually means. The theory behind implementing it within agile teams and presenting what it looks like in reality. The aim being to get people talking about team process improvements within agile methodology, how to present the policy without scaring management off and what the outcomes could be. Sharing understanding and experiences will enables the workshop to bring different perspectives on what zero bugs means in the wild.
